I placed an order with UKSoccershop only to receive the wrong size, my fault not theirs I ordered the wrong size. I returned the item for an exchange but unfortunately they were out of stock of the size I required.
The whole process was dealt with very quickly and efficiently with me receiving my refund within the allocated time.

I had placed my order with UKsoccershop expecting it to arrive within a couple of days, as I am based within the UK, however after a week it still hadn’t arrived.
I contacted UKSoccershop who said I had to wait for Royal Mails delivery period but they would chase it up for me.
As it turned out the parcel had gone missing UKSoccershop managed to sort me out with a replacement product. It was inconvenient for me but I got my order in the end and UKSoccershop helped me throughout.

I have ordered from UKSoccershop before and the service has always been good, the only problem is I live in Australia and the delivery sometimes takes a while to get to me. Now UKSoccershop have introduced a courier delivery service that means I can get my shirts within only a few days.

I ordered the new Juventus away boys shirt and waited a long time for it. Eventually I contacted UKSoccershop who informed me that the delivery had been delayed form Nike. I didn’t have a problem with that but would have preferred if they had contacted e instead of me contacting them.
